RE·ME YOGA is a vinyasa yoga studio that believes the breath is guiding the movement. The practice is designed like a seamless flow of movements which are led by the breath. Vinyasa classes come in a variety of postures, sometimes soft and sometimes strong with slow or fast-paced sequences.
The focus is to open the body, nurture the body and energize every cell of the body.
You will release physical and emotional sensations, getting present and awake. Your strengthening will be improved, you can soften the body, detoxing inner organs, calming the mind.
