Me

Since discovering yoga 12 years ago, Remi Hector's journey has been one of continuous growth and learning. Her first goal was to become fit and flexible, but soon she realized the depth and breadth of the yoga concept. She became curious about its origins, philosophy, and how it could be applied to her own life. After completing 200 hours of teacher training, she started practicing 1:1 and in small groups.

She is fascinated by the unity of body and mind and how all is connected. Through breath and movement, she has learned more about herself than she ever thought possible.

For Remi, practicing yoga has become an essential part of her life - it offers a sense of grounding, peace, and connection that she deeply desires for herself and others. Remi is passionate about simplifying life and helping others connect to their source of energy and wisdom.

She loves bringing the practice of yoga to everyone, regardless of their experience or level of fitness.

Remi believes that everybody has access to their own inner power and strength, and she now enjoys supporting others on their own path with openness and kindness. Remi is a mother of two children. She has a heart for people and loves to meet friends from all over the world.

Growing up in Germany, she has lived in the Netherlands for the past ten years enjoying the Dutch culture and language.

When she is not caring for her family or working, you can find her exploring new places and enjoying a coffee in a café.
